Standard Batteries - Common Batteries - Household Batteries:

Sizes - AA, AAA, C, D, 9Volt, also can include other sizes such as AAAA, N, Etc.

The Size is Usually Standard and the most common standard Voltage is rated at 1.5 Volts.

Codes Vary to identify brands and chemistry. Usually any of these can be replaced with the same size and voltage. The chemistry and brand may affect the quality, longevity, efficience, and price.

Rechargeble Batteries:

Two common chemistries used for rechargeable standard size batteries are NiCd and NiMh.

Many times the two different chemistries cannot be changed but occasionally they may be. This depends on the devices, chargers, applications, and other determinig factors. The best policy is not to try to exchange the two types if you are not sure.

SLA is rechargeable but is different and discussed below.

Watch Button Batteries:

Watch Button Batteries may often be either Alkaline button size batteries or Silver Oxide button size batteries. Occasionaly Lithim Coin size batteries may be refered to as in the same category. Most Watch Button batteries are approximately 1.5 volt or 1.55 volt but this can vary. Most Lithium coin size batteries are different and usually 3 Volt batteries that should not replace 1.5 volt batteries as this could cause damage.  Sizes and Codes may vary and refer to the Identifying number code can also infer the chemistry type, brand, and the size variance.

Coin Size Batteries - Coin Lithium Batteries:

Most Lithium coin size batteries are different and usually 3 Volt batteries.  Sizes and Codes may vary and refer to the Identifying number code can also infer the chemistry type, brand, and the size variance.

3.6 Volt Lithium Batteries:

3.6 Volt lithium batteries May be in many sizes and shapes but many also come in the standard sizes and variance of the standard size. These are different than 1.5 volt batteries. 3.6 Volt batteries have many specialized uses and applications. Many sizes also incluse 1/2 AA Size , C, D and many other familiar battery sizes, but should not replace the other standard batteries of a similar size for the wrong use or application. Many 3.6 volt batteries may also have attached pins (maybe 2 pins or 3 pins) and / or may have wire leads or Axels. Three of the most popular brands for these type of batteries are Saft Batteries, Tadiran Batteries, and Xeno Batteries. We also have generic or our own brand for many batteries.

SLA  Batteries - Sealed Lead Acid Batteries:

SLA batteries or Sealed Lead Acid Batteries are similar to car batteries but the type we carry are usually smaller and used for other applications such as scooters, Alarm Systems, UPS (uninterupted power supply) or other uses. The Most importand factors are the Voltage, Size, Shape, Connectors, and capacity. If the connectors or shape do not fit it may not be compatible at all. The capacity may be more flexible in how long the batteries are meant to keep producing charge between the charges.

The Facts of Law +

The Information here is meant to help people understand a bit more about how to find replacement batteries and choosing the battery they need by using and understanding battery cross references and batteries cross reference charts.

Adjudication frequently turns on contested issues of fact, which must be determined either by juries or judges. People are currently conducting a study to determine just how cultural values influence public relations and their view points.

Copyright law is an often misunderstood concept for a lot of people to grasp. The key thing to note when dealing with any copyrighted information is to always get the authors permission and make sure that you get that in writing as well.

Keep it simple. Clearly the more details you can use make your case seem more interesting to read, but from a technical viewpoint it can cloud a case. Make sure that you only use excellent and precise data that clearly represents the point that you are trying to make. Nothing more and nothing less. Get to the point.
